House rules
Maracuya Gay House offers a safe, fun, and judgment-free space for all guests to enjoy. In order to guarantee a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to review our house rules.

Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 (no loud music or noise)

All guests must be over 18 years old

Pets are not permitted

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and other indoor spaces.

No parties or chills allowed

Visitors are not allowed between 23:00 to 08:00. During other hours visitors are permitted in the rooms, they are also welcome to enjoy the roof terrace, if they purchase a Day Pass for just 10€, including one complimentary drink and a towel.
Cancellation policy
Up to 14 days prior to check-in: full refund.
13 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
No refund is possible after this period.
In case of a no-show without notice the whole reservation will be cancelled without refund.
